After 12 days teaching Basic Ground SAR to the Emergency Response and Rescue
Corps of Gozo and St John Rescue Corps of Malta, our team members came back
home with another successful mission overseas, this time reinforcing the
international cooperation between our team and the Malta Rescue Corps and
providing an effective training to our colleagues in Malta in order to improve
their rescue capabilities/skills.
One more time the CIRO contributes to the rescue community all over the
world by both transferring our knowledge and creating a long lasting friendship
with fellow teams to operate in future joint operations anytime, anywhere.
We want to thank deeply to all the Malta authorities that made possible this
amazing experience and all the students that proved to be highly qualified personnel
and gave us their trust and confidence during the two weeks we were there and
made us feel at home at all times.
From all the CIRO members, we want to say: Thanks Malta! Will see you soon.
